Question 31

Can I get a discount on my first order at Todoist?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can get a discount on your first order at Todoist.com. Here are some options:

Promo Codes: Check online coupon websites for Todoist promo codes, which can be applied at checkout for a discount on your subscription.
Student Discount: If you're a student, Todoist offers a 70% discount on their premium plan. You'll need to verify your student status through a platform like UNiDAYS.
Annual Subscription: Opting for an annual subscription instead of monthly can save you up to 20%.
Referral Program: Todoist has a referral program where you can earn points for every person you refer, which can be redeemed for free months of Todoist Premium.

Additionally, there are specific deals available for new users, such as 3 months free on the Pro plan. Always check the official Todoist website or social media channels for the latest offers.

Question 32

How to redeem your Todoist coupon codes?

Accepted Answer

To redeem a coupon code on Todoist.com, follow these steps:

Visit todoist.com/redeem.
Log in to the account.
Enter the code in the Enter serial code text box.
Press the Arrow button.

A confirmation will appear if the upgrade has worked. If a user has used a promo code in the last 12 months, they will not be able to redeem another one until those 12 months have passed. Pro promo codes can only be applied to Free or Pro accounts. If a user already subscribed to the Pro plan, they can still use a promo code. If they subscribed via the website, the promo code will pause charges for the duration of the code (e.g. 3 months). If they subscribed on mobile via in-app (Google Play or App Store), the Pro time will be automatically added to their subscription time, but this will not change the auto-renewal date on the mobile store. They can cancel the subscription to make use of the "free months". If they keep the subscription active, the auto-renewal will extend Pro on top of the existing time.

Question 33

What Payment Methods Do Todoist Accept?

Accepted Answer

Todoist.com accepts several payment methods. Users can pay with a credit or debit card, including American Express, Discover & Diners Club, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard, UnionPay, Visa and Visa Debit.

In addition to credit and debit cards, Todoist also accepts Apple Pay (available on Safari), SEPA, and iDEAL (available to customers from the Netherlands) for Todoist Pro upgrades through the Todoist website.

For in-app purchases, Todoist accepts all payment methods supported on the App Store and Google Play.

Please note that bank transfers, checks, and purchase orders are not accepted as a payment method. Always check the official Todoist website for the most up-to-date information on accepted payment methods.

Question 34

Return Policy at Todoist

Accepted Answer

The return policy at Todoist.com is as follows:

For the Pro subscription:

Monthly subscription: Monthly payments are not refundable on cancellation unless expressly provided by applicable law.
Yearly subscription: If the yearly Pro plan is cancelled within 30 days of purchase or renewal, a full refund is eligible.

For the Business subscription:

Monthly subscription: Monthly payments are not refundable on cancellation unless expressly provided by applicable law.
Yearly subscription: If a yearly Business subscription is purchased within the last 30 days, cancel the Business team first, and then contact Todoist to request a refund.

Please note that if a user is not eligible for a Business subscription refund, they may have credit on their account after cancelling the subscription. This credit is not refundable.

For purchases made via the App Store, please contact Apple directly with the refund request. Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow Todoist (or any developers) to process refunds for payments made via the App Store.

For purchases made via the Microsoft Store, Microsoft does not offer refunds for purchases made via their store.

For purchases made via Google Play, first cancel the Pro subscription, then contact Todoist to request a refund for the yearly payment.

For purchases made via the Todoist website, first cancel the Pro plan, then contact Todoist to request a refund. Be sure to provide the payment receipt or order reference ID in the request. The refund will be received in 3-10 business days, depending on the bank.

Question 35

Todoist Highlights?

Accepted Answer

Todoist is a popular task manager and to-do list app. It's designed to help users organize their work and life. The platform offers a unique natural language recognition feature that allows users to type just about anything into the task field, and it will instantly fill the to-do list.

Tasks are automatically sorted into Today, Upcoming, and custom filter views to help users prioritize their most important work. Todoist also provides a shared space for teams to collaborate, keeping team tasks separate from personal tasks and projects.

In addition to its core features, Todoist offers a wealth of productivity inspiration and tactical advice through its Inspiration section. This includes articles on how to organize your home, the complete guide to deep work, and the top 9 productivity myths.

The platform is flexible, allowing users to focus on the right things at the right time. It provides an upcoming view for a bird's-eye view of the schedule, with drag-and-drop functionality to plan and re-plan the week or month ahead.

Todoist is available across multiple devices, including phone, tablet, and Wear OS watch. It syncs across desktop and all other devices. Users can simply type details like "tomorrow at 4pm" and Todoist will recognize it all.

Finally, Todoist helps users get things out of their head by allowing them to add and complete tasks every day. Users can stay on schedule by setting due dates and recurring due dates for tasks. Tasks can be organized using the Inbox, Today, and Next 7 Days views. Projects can be used to organize bigger goals.
